Neighborhood Partnership Housing Services, Inc. (NPHS) is hosting a virtual workshop on manufactured housing on Tuesday, July 30 from noon to 1 p.m.
The workshop is specifically designed for local municipalities, nonprofits, housing developers, landowners and faith-based organizations located in Southern California.
During this workshop, participants will gain insight into leveraging manufactured housing for affordable housing projects including:
- advantages of off-site construction for affordable housing;
- cost comparison between site built and off-site construction; energy standards for off-site built homes;
