The deadline to apply for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) has been extended to Thursday April 1, 2021 for students to submit their FAFSA or CA Dream Act Application (CADAA) and claim Cal Grant for 2021-22.
Cal Grants award from $1,094 to $14,226 per year toward college or tech school for eligible students of all grade point averages (GPA).
Students must submit the completed applications by April 1. Applications require information from parents’ or guardians’ 2019 or 2020 tax return.
