Grove Together with our Accountable Community for Health (ACH) made up of Uplift San Bernardino / Making Hope Happen Foundation, partners, and residents of Arrowhead Grove and the surrounding communities every month starting Friday, April 19th, 2024. This first meeting will be introducing residents to all things CACHI: what CACHI is, how CACHI can benefit their community, how residents can get directly involved with CACHI, etc.
