Focus Group to Discuss Goods Movement in San Bernardino

Thursday, June 23 at 11:30 a.m. via Zoom

The Southern California Association of Governments is leading the SoCal Goods Movement Communities Opportunities Assessment Focus Group where our community has an  opportunity to develop co-generated solutions through discussions on challenges, and opportunity areas related to goods movement.

As part of our neighborhood development efforts, Uplift San Bernardino is inviting members of our community to voice their opinions on the opportunities and the impact of the goods movement industry in our City.

While the industry supports employment adding value to our local economy, it can also disproportionately affect our roads and quality of life. Register for tomorrow’s small group discussion and help identify and create co-generated solutions to the goods movement challenges.

At this Focus Groups, participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn about the Goods Movement industry in Southern California, including workforce development opportunities and challenges to overburdened communities.
  • Participate in small group discussions to identify opportunities and challenges in the City of San Bernardino.
  • Learn how you can provide input using our interactive mapping tool and social media challenge.
