SBCUSD is partnering with Uplift San Bernardino to once again host the summer work and job fair on Thursday, April 14 at 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The virtual event is intended to connect promising candidates from the next generation of San Bernardino’s workforce with local employers who need to fill entry-level and career-building jobs to fill now.
Work-eligible students and recent graduates of the San Bernardino City Unified School District will visit virtual booths established by employers. Employers will be able to post jobs, link to online job application systems, and speak with candidates on the spot via Booth Central’s conveniently embedded video conferencing and chat functions.
The District is actively preparing students in the employment application process including interviewing skills and the creation of their first-ever resumes.
