The Making Hope Happen Foundation has announced the addition of Xavina Walbert as Program Coordinator supporting Uplift San Bernardino’s Neighborhood Development pillar as part of the California Accountable Communities for Health Initiative (CACHI).

Walbert is a  recent first-generation graduate from the University of Redlands. Xavina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy and Economics with a Concentration in Environmental Economic Policy.  As a native of San Bernardino, Xavina is passionate about contributing to local and state politics.

In her position, Xavina will work with the Arrowhead Grove residents and CACHI partners to implement a sustainable platform that aligns health and social services centered around community voice and equity.
